Tips before you visit
The Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center has 3 attractions, the Wax Museum, Castle of Chaos and Shoot for the Stars Mini Golf. They’re all located conveniently next to each other and you can buy tickets for each attraction or an all-access pass to all of them.
Tips before you visit:
- Be prepared for a photo before you enter the Wax Museum, you can purchase the photos on your way out if you choose.
- Camera’s are allowed and you can take your own pictures.
- There are various rooms and props to take pictures along the way, it’s pretty fun!
- There is a gift shop at the entrance/exit.
- The scary devil/monster area can be by-passed if you choose, if you are with small kids that might get scared.
- Parking is free and available on site.
What it's like
Firstly, be prepared for a photo! Before you begin, they’ll take a photo of you in the fist of a giant gorilla. One nice and one scared. At the end you have a chance to see the picture and buy it. Currently, it’s $14.99 for 1 or $19.99 for both.
Then you’ll notice they’ve placed props next to most of the areas so you can have an accessory like a hat, cape or other things to take photos with! It’s pretty awesome.
Finally, everything looks totally amazing and realistic. You’ll have a blast taking pictures with the characters, they look so real! The wax figures look up-to-date too.
Kids will also love it, especially on a rainy day or to take a break from shows or the boring hotel room. If you do all of the three attractions, you’re looking at about 2 hours.
